We’re looking for a passionate and dynamic Sales Manager to lead sales and marketing for our care homes in Bexley & Greenwich, with a strong focus on self-funder conversions and local business development.

As the face of Avante Care & Support for prospective residents and families, you’ll manage new enquiries, deliver tours, and build meaningful relationships that turn interest into lasting placements.

You’ll balance frontline engagement, strategic sales follow-up, and creative marketing activity — ensuring every customer journey is professional, seamless, and compassionate.

What You’ll Do

• Achieve occupancy and self-funder targets through proactive sales and relationship-building.
• Manage leads and reporting via the Cold-harbour CRM.
• Deliver engaging home tours and coordinate assessments with operational teams.
• Build strong referral networks with local health professionals and community partners.
• Support marketing activities, ensuring all materials are brand-compliant.
• Represent Avante at local events and exhibitions.
• Work closely with the Head of Marketing & Sales to shape creative campaigns and growth strategies.

About You

You’re a confident communicator, relationship-builder, and results-driven professional with:

• Sales experience within the care or healthcare sector
• Strong background in business development and collaboration with marketing teams
• Experience using CRM systems (ideally Cold-harbour)
• Excellent negotiation and cross-functional teamwork skills
• A solid understanding of the admissions process for self-funders and local authorities

Experience working with NHS/CCG contacts or in multicultural settings would be an advantage.
