We’re currently seeking Registered General Nurses (Days or Nights), full-time or part-time, to join our friendly team at Chaucer House in Canterbury, Kent.

What You Need:

• A valid NMC Pin.
• A passion for leading and delivering exceptional care.

Your Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you’ll:

• Provide hands-on clinical care and direct HCAs in personal care and minor interventions.
• Deliver tailored, high-quality nursing care using a person-centered approach.
• Maintain and update care plans to reflect residents’ individual needs.
• Lead and inspire your team to create a stimulating and caring environment aligned with Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy of Care.
• Collaborate with the Nurse Manager and other professionals to ensure the highest standards of care.
